They’re used to having it both ways, saying what they want and being patted on the back for it. The academic community they lived in was fully of guilty white liberals scared to death of saying anything that might offend them and eager to promote them. So they’re both insecure and full of entitlement, even though Michelle and Barack both are overpromoted, not as smart as they think they are, surrounded by a** kissers, and egotistical to an extreme. Traditional first ladies shut up and thus were spared criticism, but Michelle is constantly running her mouth, even though she knows nothing and has accomplished nothing and got her sinecure hospital gig solely because of her husband’s political office.

Now that they’re overseas, they’re realizing how fragile and unsubstantial their rheotrical skills and life skills really are. I can’t wait to see them keep stumbling.

PS Michelle Obama is quite unattractive, and all this obsession over her awesome arms surely is designed to detract from her scowling, angry face that would be right at home in the Robert Taylor homes.

The ONLY reason Obama family works is that Barack was raised by a loving white family from a mid-western town. If he were entirely black then the marriage or the presidency would not be. True. Obama has white blood in him and so he understands both sides. Michelle is very anti white and Obama because of his whiteness defends her arrogance and meanness, simply because he was raised properly. You would NEVER find a total all black man to act like that towards a black woman, as Obama does. They would just go out and be gone all night. Obama is the way he is due to his white ancestors. His black father deserted him as a baby and the only people responsible for his well being are his white grandparents whom he has chosen to sadly forget. So whatevedr you all want to say about the presidency and his family, it is his white ancestors NOT the black ones that keep that family together. No black man could ever put up with Michelle’s mean spirit-ness.

This makes me wonder, if Mr. MCCAIN’S wife were being attacked in this fashion, or in any way, what his stance would be? For too long Black men have been accused (in some circles) of not being able to protect their women. And there are very good reasons why that perception still lives on today. Back in the days of slavery remember, if a black man even glanced at a white women (or sometimes just accused of it) he would be murdered by a mob of angry white men. They said they were defending the ladies honor. And if he became too prosperous, or intelligent the same would occur. Fortunately, America has moved further away from those practices. However, we still have a long way to go. Now, because Sen. Obama is protecting his wife he is being accused of being too sensitive. Isn’t a man (of any color) supposed to protect his family? Isn’t he supposed to be sensitive when it comes to his loved ones? Isn’t he supposed to be up in arms if their honor is being trampled upon? I would like someone to give me an honest answer to this question.

What makes Barack any different then any other man in America when it comes to defending the honor of his family?

I understand that hearing criticism of your spouse can be hurtful. However, it comes with the territory. If Michelle Obama doesn’t want to be criticized, then she shouldn’t say provocative things. In fact, if she doesn’t want to be criticized, she shouldn’t speak alone at all. The Obamas are trying to erect a criticsm wall around Mrs. Obama, and it’s not holding. She opened the door when she spoke about her country in a fashion it was easy to miscontrue; she opened the door when she said personal things about her husband in an earlier interview. Suck it up, Michelle, and stop whining. It’s only going to get worse.

There is nothing more sexy and loving than a man that defends his wife. I love Michelle and Barack — Who wouldn’t want this! They both give me so much hope. I hope more African American men start standing up and acknowledging how precious their women are to them and the community. If you can’t defend us and/or mad at us that’s fine, but don’t degrade us in videos/music. Listen, pray and talk with us — we need each other. For a long time we as women have stood by our men, so I find it overwhelming when this man stands up for his wife. Michelle you’re are the luckiest woman on the face of the earth! Hi Malia ( a very intelligent and articulate young lady) and Sasha !

Can you imagine how he felt if he heard/read any of the criticism of Malia and Sasha?! May be one of the many reasons he said “Never again” after their Access Hollywood interview.

I think that it’s really starting to settle into the culture of power how influential the Obama’s have, can, and will be. At first it seemed as if Barack raised himself out of the dust; now its clear that Michelle has been at least partially responsible for shaping this man into the rock that he is today. And that’s why they are going after her.

The heart of the matter is that single black baby mommas is the presumed standard of what it means to have a black family in America. No one cares that millions of black men are unemloyed and locked up; and there will be no outcry by the culture of power cause the STATUS QUO is nestled in its rightful place. The culture of power wants to get back to the basics and end the foolishness: black women cleaning, mothering, working, paying bills, wiping butts, and otherwise carrying the load on her own.

The Obamas; specifially Michelle challenge the status quo head on.
