I feel so closely connected to First Lady Michelle Obama and Sojouner Truth in more than one way as an African American woman. Sojourner Truth is finally recognized in the nation’s Capital by the first African American First Lady, Mrs. Michelle Obama. Also, as an Alumni of the State University of New York, in New Paltz, N.Y. It gives me great pleasure to know that New Paltz, N.Y. is the birthplace of Sojourner Truth!

Beautiful, just plain beautiful, and so fitting that our first-ever Black first lady is the one who oversaw this long-overdue tribute to a fellow great African-American woman. And in 2009, this great woman’s famous question is more relevant than ever to Black females the world over.

Sojorner Truth is nothing but the Rose Truth that my promoter spread the wings of and if I have god will show the way of the Rose: Rose Revolution of Compassion! All you all have to do is ask yourselves where were all these brave and influential people that no one heard of or if we did no one listened to for the Self & Societal Knowlege & her Universal Psychology of Health & Excellence did not unveil until 1994 she wrote 9 books on a calling to be the mother of the world and it was only then that her promoter began tapping into the wealth & ocean of knowledge & spreaded it. Many people of courage and hard work and innovation exist but I with the pioneering knowledge and standing up to the CIA that wanted to change my identity and use this as power monopoly and now what we have is a REBIRTH OF ALL NATIONS AND OUR DEMOCRATIC COUNTRY & ALL RACE, RELIGION COLOR RELIGION. Giving credit to the woman who loved you so much that sacrifised her own children for you to learn courage all over again and to become free only gives you more crediblity!

Excellent thing for the First Lady to be doing! And a more deserving honoree would be difficult to find. Quite surprising she didn’t already have a bust or some official recognition piece.
