Michelle Obama Watch

So thanks to the publicist who sent this in As you know when First Lady Michelle Obama and the weeMichelles ( Sasha and Maila) went on their tour of London, one of the stops was to the set of the final Harry Potter movie. Rupert Grint shared some details from the  visit.

Its a cute story about an interview with Harry Potter actor Rupert Grint aka Ron Weasley. Grint said of First Lady Obama:

‘I’m not easily impressed by famous people, but nothing’s matched this,’
he says. ‘I didn’t think I was going to be nervous, then this huge
motorcade pulled up at the studio and Michelle stepped out of a black
Range Rover and everybody was speechless. It’s hard to imagine Gordon
Brown having that kind of effect.

‘We sat around, ate cake and chatted. She said that the President is a big
fan of the films and loves the books, and that she’d met the Queen the day
before – but visiting the Potter set was far more exciting, that we were a
lot cooler. It was hard to take it all in. I kept thinking, “Here I am
talking to the First Lady.”’ Mail on Sunday

I actually have purchased all 7 Harry Potter novels, but couldn’t get motivated to read book seven after J.K Rowling killed off Professor Dumbledore. BOO! I remember waking up on a Saturday at 5:00AM to go to the store to get a copy of Book 5. I read it in one day. Yes, I read the entire thing in a day.

But what we really want to know Rupert is did you get a hug from our hugger-in-chief? Y’all know SOMEBODY got a hug that day!
