Its Gina again, yes, I’m still doing National Novel Writing Month, but I am ruthlessly using you all as a procrastination device 
I’m at 40098 words. I am going to make my 50,000 word requirment by the 30th although I just had an incident with the lap top as I sit here gaazing out at the fall colors at a lakeside cafe. By incident, I mean that I dropped my laptop on the ground… while it was open.
I am truly thankful that I do not have a spider crack! But enough about me, I’m procrastinating when I should be telling you about the weeMichelles ( our nickname for Sasha and Malia Obama) made an appearance at the annual turkey pardon.
The Turkey’s name is “Courage” ar as Malia said, “a big chicken”. These two young ladies are the embodiment of courage because we’ve already established that I am terribly afraid of wild animals and insects.
The weeMichelles were joined by President Obama, Walter Pelletierand Joel Brandenberger of the National Turkey Federation. Tomorrow, Courage will be the grand marshal of Disney’s Thanksgiving Day parade.
I personally am partial to the Macy’s Thanksgiving parade, but alas I shan’t be seeing any of them as I am attempting to avoid all of the car accidents and travel on Thanksgiving morning. Have a happy holiday and travel safely because cars are piling up around these parts right and left.

Those girls are adorable. If you get a chance to check out the video of this event at MSNBC, it will be the delight of your day. The Prez is hilarious and Sasha watches every move of that bird for fear he may come after her. LOL!
