Thank you BUSBUS…… my words are never to try to put anyone done. But like you I see so much negative mean hateful things said about the President and the First Lady. That I plan to speak up in their defense any chance I get. I can disagree with them, but it would be done respectfully and with no personal attacks. Again thank you and have a wonderful day.

A. Darton, I have read some of your comments before. I so enjoy reading them because they are sane and thoughtful. These two posts are consistent with the sanity and thoughtfulness that I have seen in the others. I concur with both of your comments.

I, too, think that this country has a great First Lady. I admire how she is handling all of the negative rhetoric that is blasted on cable stations, written in news articles and written in the various comment sections. A lesson that she is teaching, based upon her reactions to all of this crap, is, “rise above the fray and don’t allow others to bring you down to their low level.” She is a great role-model.

Although this interview was not about President Obama, I echo what you said about him. I wouldn’t want the job! It’s TOUGH. Unfortunately, there appears to be a need for “immediate gratification” in this country. It tends to forget that it took time for us to get into all of the MESSES that we are in AND IT WILL TAKE TIME TO GET US OUT!

Going back to the interview, I think that it was a good interview. I am very pleased with the First Lady’s responses.

America we have a good President, who the minute he stepped into that Oval Office had a TOUGH, I mean TOUGH job ahead of him. It would be so nice if people would remember that. I know times are hard for people, it’s hard for me too. Please don’t think I am trying to belittle anyone who is going through hard times. I am not! But I believe the President is doing his very best to get this country back on the right track. I brought this up to say that when we selected Barack Obama as the President, I had no idea that we would be bless with such a wonderful First Lady. May God Bless the President, the First Lady and their family. And Bless our country also. One more thing, instead of so much anger going on about the way things are, how about alittle more praying. Nothing is to hard for God.

In case there is any doubt as to what I think of our First Lady, let me clear up that doubt. We have a wonderful First Lady. I listen to the entire interview with Katie Couric and I really enjoyed it. She is just great. What more can I say? I’m so proud of her.
